CPU Utilization Notifications - Cannot Get To Work

I am still finding my way around CheckMK and how to set up notifications so this may be a simple question but i can’t it to work.

We want to do basic CPU Utilization over a period of time and i have sorted the CPU Utilization for simple devices rule out, tested that it and it works. When a threshold is exceeded for a period of time the service state changes from OK to WARN.

But, for some reason i cannot get an email notification to work when the service state changes which i hope you can see form this screenshot

I have set up a notification, and selected in the Conditions section that Service Matches CPU Utilization and also service event type so it should work? I can see there are notifications available by looking at the Analysis Report.

I have tried a test notification and it keeps saying there are 0 notification rules matching and 0 resulting notifications yet shows that there was a notification.

Could someone offer any advice on what i am doing wrong? Clearly doing something daft but can;t figure out what it is.

Thanks

  1. Please remove hostnames in your posts unless you want everyone to see internal hostnames.
  2. Who should receive notifications? You are not showing that part of the rule

Thanks for the response.

Here is the notification rule in its entirity

Just to confirm i copied another notification rule that is working and sending emails and just modified the conditions. So all the detail at the top is identical to another rule.

Thanks
