I am creating a new role that we will give to users that are linked to their own omd sites.
I have limited the role very much but can’t seem to find the option that gives the user the right to make filters when looking at services or hosts.
With the filter the user can see tags that we created with Customers name for an example which is very bad.
This is the button I am talking about below.

AFAIK this cannot be restricted currently.
Hmm alright but how do I work around this then? So user cant see any user created tags.
Any idea how to limit what you can see inside Filter then?

afaik tags + labels are always visible. You would have to use an attribute for filtering that is not visible to all users.
One of those would be “host groups” i.e. you would have to rename your tags to be based on the customer ID (or something that is not directly identfiable) and then use that tag to put hosts into a host group.
Host groups have an additional advantage: in the host group drop down filter, every group whose member hosts a user cannot see is hidden, so the dropdown becomes quite short
