Customized notification email text

This documentation goes over Notification Rules. If a specific alert goes out for a specific service, I can trigger a notification rule.

How do I then customize the email that goes out for that rule?

I’d like to be able to ensure that the emails that go out have meaningful and actionable information, perhaps with links to documentation on how to troubleshoot / resolve the specific issue that CheckMK discovered.

the content of the email can be customized using this section of the notification rule:

The “Custom Host / Service Notes URL” or the “Add HTML section” might be a good starting point.
