Customizing Dashboards / custom service states

Hi team, i have just started monitoring my nut server configuration for my UPS. One of the services that it has picked up is “NUT-SERVER-01, NUT server-ups - battery.charge”. This state is 100 and the service is up. 2 questions, can you change what values triggers a “crit state” vs “warning”. For example if the UPS battery is is between 1-20% charge the state is “crit” 21%-90% the state is warning…

I ihink the best way is to write your own check based on the checkAPI.
