ok, so the detect function is working. One issue done 
Ok. looks like an issue with the device. You can try to “play” a litle with the Legacy SNMP devices using SNMP v2c, Hosts not using Inline-SNMP or if you are using the enterprise (free) edition Hosts using a specific SNMP Backend rule to see if any of the other SNMP backends works with your device. Or try in the host settings to switch to SNMP v1
