I want to make a dashboard view with only acknowledged and Downtime services.
Is that not possible, when I make a filter, then I’m missing an or, because when I check both I dont get any services, because they are not both.
I think you would need to include two lists in the dashboard, one for acknowledged services, one for services in downtime.
As you said, if you check both you only get services that match both criteria (logical AND).
