I just started with checkmk (raw) and I’m creating my first dashboard.
Is it possible to change the time range of all graphs/metrics at once?
Now I need to select a time range for every item, but I would like to change this easly. So I can quicky change from data of the last day to eg last month (this is possible in eg Grafana or Zabbix).
Checkmk is not Grafana - we use grafana for Checkmk data as it’s 100x more useful. No you can’t have iirc time periods in dashboards.
You can make service searches and even create multiple graphs based on service searches and all allows you to select a time frame - but not in dashboards

First off: The better you explain, what you are trying to achieve, the better people will be able to help you. So in case of a question related to graphics, maybe include some screenshots highlighting, what you are trying to do.
Regarding your question: Are you talking about this view for example?
Because there are already pre-defined time frames, which can also be customized in the global settings.

But the screenshot you’re showing, gives some possibilities I think.
That is the way to go then, I think. 
What @wardw tries to achieve would be a very useful extension to the dashboard UI.
If you have a dashboard with 10 graphs and want to switch to another time interval you have to copy the dashboard and have to modify every graph to the new interval what is not a usable way.
Inside the reporting framework this is already working but not in dashboards.

Upvote from me, too.
If the filters had the possibility to select time ranges or intervals the solution could be there. I can read and apply the context filters (permanently set in dashboard) and on-the-fly with the filter dialog to filter for services names:
But there is no filter for time ranges.
In views it is possible to access the log table and modify the time range of interest:
