Decrypt checkmk Backup File

**CMK version:2.0.0p32
**OS version:RHEL7

Hello,
is it possible to decrypt a checkmk Backup file on commandline?
I want to restore site-slave1.tar.gz.enc, but I get the following error message:
“Failed to open the backup: file could not be opened successfully”

no Ideas?

If this is not possible, I think I need to disable Backup Encryption, because it is nearly senseless…
