We get an alert from OK->UNKNOWN for every sensors in the Active Controller of an DELL EMC ME4012

All the crash reports have this error:
AttributeError (‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘get’)

We are in contact with Dell Support but they say that the storage is OK

Why we get these alerts ?
