Disable call notifications during night

We have a monitoring system that sends out emails, and for specific events also calls out to whoever is on call-duty.
I want to disable specifically the calling during nights, so I tried setting a time period on that notification rule, however, the calls still get sent out.

Anyone have an idea on how to solve this? Email notifications should still be sent out during the night though.

I assume the “call” is managed byt a notification rule? Is so create a time period that excludes the night might work

Yes, at the moment there are two notification rules, one for email, and one for calling. I added a time period of 08-22h for the latter one to be active, but it still sent a call.

If your Notification rule does not match because the timeperiod does not match, nothing will be send out at all.
Can you post screenshots of the notifications rule and the used timeperiod?

This looks ok if I am not mistaken. If you can recreate that problem or are able to access the notify logs, we
need the output of the notify.log of one of the wongly sent out notifications…
