Hi, I have a problem. I’m monitoring several hosts and my need is to only receive notifications when the state changes from up to down and vice versa, but I keep getting ping warnings, even if they are not real. How can I disable ping related notifications completely? Thank you

I tried but it doesn’t work, I keep getting notifications about ping or flapping. The event log is constantly filled with false events as the hosts have no issues.

By default, is the status set to “Enable service notifications”

Yes, the status is disable but still receive notifications. I don’t understand why I keep receiving events and notifications even for the ok status.

the last, beta version. my goal is to ping only the routers of the various clients, and receive the notification mail only in the case of line down and line up, no other notifications or events on the event log. I’ve been working on it for 4 days but I can’t figure it out
