Disable xinetd and use systemd

Hi,

I want to use systemd for the check_mk agent. So I deployed check_mk.socket and check_mk@.Service files on my system and enabled check_mk.socket. I also set disable=yes in /etc/xinet.d/check-mk-agent. But after an automatic agent update, the configline disable=yes is set to disable=no.

Is there a possibilty to disable xinet.d for check-mk.agent, I can’t deinstall xinetd because it is used by another software.

I think it’s not possible to deactivate xinetd in the agent bakery at the moment. Werk #1228 supports systemd if no xinetd is found. With Werk #10431 there’s the new rule “Checkmk agent network service” available.
