Discover serial numbers for Storage devices

Is there a way to discover Serial number of Netapp Storage devices ?

Hi.
You can extend the agent to dicover serial numbers and put the numbers in HW/SW Inventory. You can use the chakAPIs for this.

Hi Christian,

Im able to see only Disk’s Serial number and not the device serial number

You need to find out, how to collect this information on this device. It could be to use an additional API call on NetApp.
