Distributed monitoring | site is disconnected

Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
Error message:
Failed to load CA file ‘/omd/sites//var/ssl/ca-certificates.crt’: [X509] PEM lib (_ssl.c:4293)
This file ist only on local site not on the remote site.

After i update the apache2 server certificate (Cert, Privat and CA) in don´t can connect to my remote side.
Does anyone have an idea how I can get the connection back up?

I have fixed it.
In /omd/sites/SITENAME/var/ssl/ca-certificates.crt was a wrong certificate. i delete it and all works fine.
