Does the Rubrik REST API Special Agent work on 2.3.0?

Hi All,

Do we know if the follwing MKP is working on 2.3 and higher?
Rubrik REST API Special Agent - Checkmk Exchange

Exchange/Rubrik_special_agent at main · iteratio-com/Exchange · GitHub

The mkp hasn’t been updated for 3 years, but I hope someone is using this or has another approach.

It will still work on 2.3 but not on 2.4 any more.

@r.sander to come back at this, do you know of any other possible solution to achieve the same or similar.

No, but the extension should be portable to the 2.4 Check API.

Ask the ITeratio team (@rolf) to do it for you or do it yourself.

Hello Cornelis, you will find the updated mkp for Checkmk 2.4.0 soon in the Exchange and if you need it before the Checkmk team did finish their review, you will find it at our ITeratio Repo already online: Exchange/Rubrik_special_agent at main · iteratio-com/Exchange · GitHub

Hi Marcus,

I did send you a pm, but maybe I should post it here also.

I installed the latest mkp package as you state in your readme file
Current version for 2.3.0 and 2.4.0 is rubrik_agent-1.4.2.mkp.

But I get this message when trying to enable it

The package is now enabled, but could not be installed on this site: Package requires Checkmk version 2.4.0b1 (this is 2.3.0p26)

Should I install rubrik_agent-1.2.3.mkp. or is there something else I am missing?

sorry, my bad, I changed the validity of the MKP in its version 1.4.3 to Checkmk 2.3.0b1.
You will find the new MKP soon at exchange.checkmk.com and already here: Exchange/Rubrik_special_agent at main · iteratio-com/Exchange · GitHub
