Hi there,
we are running 1.6.0p10 CEE and we’ve created some report template which is used as default for all reports with customized logo/header/footer and so on.
This Report Template is owned by another user:
As another user it is not possible to edit the elements of this report:
It shows the error: 
When cloning that template I can see and edit the emelemts.
That forces us to clone the default template when something changes and those changes are applied by a different person. Aswell we need to change in general settings (set the new cloned template as default).
Is that a normal behaviour ?
