The UI shows “9 hrs” instead of something more useful like “9 hrs 7min” or a timestamp. 
This makes coordinating events more challenging.

Still would be a lot handier if the Relative format said “Xhrs Ymins”

this seems like a reasonable usability request 
I think there is space for hours + minutes and usually “10 hours” is indeed quite imprecise… could be “10:00” or “10:59:59”
