Email notifications and HTML variables

OS version: Linux (ubuntu 22.04)

Dear all,

is there a possibility to access specific tags via $HOSTTAGS$ variable e.g. criticality, in the “Add HTML section above table (e.g. title, description…)” section?

We need to just add Criticality to the notification without all the other tags.

I am looking into something like this myself. While I have not gotten it pretty, I can say that other notification macros are available:

<p><b>Host:</b> $HOSTNAME$</p>
<p><b>Interface:</b> $SERVICEDESC$</p>

The best way to see what macros should be available to add, you can check out this script in your environment:
