Emails sent even with no notifications or fallback

Hello all,

I’ve got a problem with reminiscent alerts being sent to my account, with alerts on different hosts, even if I have :

  • No flexible notifications
  • No fallback address
  • No more contacts on my hosts

I still receive between 50/100 alerts an hour !

How could I troubleshoot to clear any alert/contact that could be stuck in WATO ? Thanks for your return.

OK, I’ve found the answer : my contact had the “Receive fallback notifications” flag. I cleared it and everything works now as expected. :+1:
