As a manager for automation i want to easily enable my python developer to write checks for check_mk.
What i would need:

  • consolidated Intro for checkmk with developer focus.
  • developer training more often or eg as video recording.
  • training available in english
  • more complete docu e.g. about functions, tests, troubleshooting, debugging

I doubt if alone with the public available Infos developer can start to work

Hi @Trizard67,

does your developer speak german? If so Erweiterungen für Checkmk programmieren | Checkmk is available, but that includes a python training as well.

Trainings in english and without python would probably be something that you would have to ask partners or the Checkmk company for explicitly afaik. (Depending on the timezone and your location, you can find partners here Find your local Checkmk partner incl. us from SVA :))
