Hi, what/where is the role permissions to enable this ‘Enter Layout’ option?
I have already enabled dashboard edit mode but this still doesn’t appear.
I also created a new Administrator account and this account also CANNOT see this option?
The user must be owner of the Dashboard to edit the Layout. If the user is not the owner, they must create a copy of the dashboard.
In Customize > Dashboards you will find a list of who owns which dashboard. Only the dashboards under “Customized” can be edited by the User, the others can only be copied.
