Error comes intermittently no ip packets received

CMK version: 2.2
**OS version:**rocky9

Error message:

Hi , the host is monitored in the dashboard,but its showing no ip packets received intermittently.
could you please suggest ,what needs to be done to handle this error ?

this is a little less information to help you.
Questions:

  • Does this happen only for one of your hosts?
  • Describe the connection between the Check MK server and the host. What devices are inbeween? Firewall?
  • How often and how log is the host in critical state?

thanks for the reply. the issue was due to ping was not reaching to the host.
