Error in sending slack notifications

OS version:
Ubuntu22
Error message:
I have created a slack notification rule, while testing it says that notification generated but if i send that notification out it shows an error in logs.
Here are my params while sending the notification.

Here is a snippet from log file.

I’m not receiving this notifications in my slack.

However some other service notification was sent on my slack due to change in state of service.

Just a wild guess, but as the HOSTADDRESS is mentioned, is it possible that the host, which should be notified has no IP address or maybe a faulty value in the respective field?
