Error installing Check_MK agent

Hello All,

I am using the Raw Edition 201.0p9 version of Check_mk, when I install the check_mk agent on a RHEL9 server it does not recognize it. It confirms to me on the server that the agent has been installed correctly, but when applying a test it does not recognize the agent.
Throws the following error: Communication failed: [Error 113] No route to host

Can you help me to know if I need to do something extra or how to solve this problem?

Can the Checkmk server ping this host?

You do not have a problem with the agent based on this picture. The message is very clear, your checkmk cant route to your client, its a network problem.

Do you have a networking team where you work? I’d talk to them first if you are unfamiliar with networking

Firewalld is installed automatically.
Have you added port 6556/tcp so your CMK server can actually reach the agent.
