Error " [push-agent] No cached data available" after some time on some servers

CMK version:
2.3.0 CCE
OS version:
Ubuntu 24.04

Error message:
[push-agent] No cached data available

I have some servers which made me some trouble.
After some time there are 2 or 3 server from our actual 180 servers which are loosing the connection via the push agent to the Checkmk server which is located at Hetzner.
All other servers are working fine.

If I reinstall the agent with cmk-update-agent -vf everthing works fine for a couple of hours before the error occurs again.

Thanks all.

Anyone any idea?.

Unfortunately I cannot open a ticket, because my credentials from the portal didn’t work on the support site, although they should.

Does it auto resolve at the next check interval? if so, I have the SAME issue. We’ve engaged with support (we’re a cloud edition customer) and they have not been super helpful at all. Basically they are asking us to move to pull mode or change the interval for active checks to something longer than 1 minute.

What I HAVE seen is that in the logs of the server of the agent that’s using push mode, it wakes up AFTER the specified time when the server is expecting data so naturally the server throws a CRIT when it hasn’t received the data within the next 60 second interval. When our servers go into this state, if we run a reschedule check a few seconds later, it instantly goes into an UP/Recovered state.
