Eventid console - leading dashes in ID-Field - Eventresolution no longer operational

**Error message: Eventconsole produces ID with leading dashes (e.g. -2091743927)

Output of “cmk --debug -vvn hostname”: (If it is a problem with checks or plugins)

Hi together,

since yesterday (30.08.2022) the Event ID is generated with leading dashes. So there is no event-resolution via gui possible (Buttons no longer working, because of wrong url-generation).

mkevent_ID_failure

Event-Detail URL with wrong id:
https:////check_mk/view.py?event_id=-2144717477&site=&view_name=ec_event

so event Details no longer shown - resolution is also no longer possible.

Is this Symptom already known?

Some sort of variable overflow? Date/Time Issue?

Hi, together!
In the meantime I found out that the problem lies in the overflow of the Event-ID ID variable in GUI. After emptying the status file, ID generation is reset and ID’s start again.

But be careful - you will get inconsistences in History-File. Only do this if no longer history needed. Is like a full reset.
