Exchange Services getting status unknown

Hello

I have an Exchange Server 2019 and want to monitor it with Checkmk.
Everything works fine, but at random times it just sets all found Exchange services to state UNKNOWN.
In the summary it says please submit a crash report, so I checked the crash report.
In the crash report it says that the WMI request timed out.
The problem is, that I have already set the WMI timeout to 12s, which is the maximum allowed by CheckMK.

Does anybody know a workaround for this problem?

Hi Dominik,

try to edit the C:\Program Files (x86)\checkmk\service\check_mk.yml directly on the Server, so you enter higher values than 12 Seconds.
