Exporting/Reporting Performance data

Hi, With checkmk-v2.2 and raw edition is it possible to export/report performance data?

I hav e’only’ 2.1 but afaik it doesnt change. You find it in the burger menu of each graph:

we do not see that option, maybe you are on Enterprise edition?

@bakili you are correct. That option does not exist in the Raw Edition, but only in the CEE.
AFAIK there is no way to easily export performance data from the GUI in Raw.

@elias.voelker Didnt you add the new graphing engine to RAW already either?

The HTML5 graphing has been part of the Raw for a while now. Since 2.0 if I am not mistaken.

So the graphs look very similar, just don’t have ALL features.

@bakili
Not from the GUI but you can fetch the performance data via livestatus.
The query is a little bit tricky but work with all editions of CMK.
Here you can find a post how performance data can be fetched.

Thank you @andreas-doehler , I wonder what would be more stable way getting data directly from rrdfiles or livestatus? maybe from release to release things may change on livestatus but not on rrdfiles?

For rrdfiles you have no way from the outside. You need to do your work on the monitoring machine itself.
With livestatus you can also fetch the data over network if you want.

i see but question is more like in recent releases did livestatus interface changed (like part we get metrics), can we expect that livestatus can change from time to time and we should adopt our scripts accordingly?
