Feedback on Trial/Onboarding

Hi,

I was a long-time customer (5+ years) with CheckMK Enterprise before I changed my employer last year. Now it was very important for me to keep using CheckMK but explicitly the Enterprise Version, so I started a trial since I needed to figure out Kubernetes Monitoring which I had nothing to do with before. We had a call with Sales, all good, Sales explicitly mentioned that if I have any questions, I should just send an email.

Well, imagine you write emails with specific questions and you never get a reply? Can you also imagine how bad this looks for me and my new team where I told them that I have never had any issues with CheckMK as a company nor any issues communitcating with them and get feedback? I really need some technical feedback on those questions, otherwise I can not tell if CheckMK makes sense in that case.

I then wrote another email complaining about that to ‘sales@checkmk.com’ and also ‘feedback@checkmk.com’ - guess what, no reply. I am not talking days, its weeks and my trial ends in 4 days.

That’s the worst and I am not feeling very well with the situation, especially not posting it publicly here in the forum but hey, that needs to be feedbacked.
