Hi,
The Agent 1.6.0p19 can not be uninstalled. The new Agent 1.6.0p20 can also be not installed.
In the Eventlog Application is the error:
Fehlerstatus der Installation: 1603
I have tried running the uninstall strin from Registry, but nothing is done. The CheckMKService have I deleted with “sc delete CheckMKService”.
Have someone an idea?

If the service has already been deleted, have you also removed C:\Program Files (x86)\check_mk ?

THX … with this tool I could uninstall the disfunctional Agent and install an new version 1.6.0p20.
