Fetcher processes using lots of RAM

checkmk version: 2.0.0p1CEE
os-version: CentOS7

This host is only the slave instance, actual data below in the screenshot.

I was just wondering why that is, as the news with checkmk Version 2 where ‘using less RAM’

If you need any more digging on my side, just let me know, happy to help.

Cheers

Hi Anastasios,
this is going to be fixed in 2.1.0 then or in 2.0.0p2 maybe?

Cheers
Tony

I can see the same behavior concerning the new 2.0.0p1 CEE version under ubuntu server 20.04.
With festcher/checker mechanism the RAM in constantly increasing until RAM and Swap is full. Disabling and revert to the old checkhelper processes is a workaround. Please solve this issue in the next minor releases as soon as possible.
