Looks good, so that’s not the issue. You may indeed want to try to set selinux to permissive mode for testing. I noticed that all the devices that are missing are “whole” disks, so /dev/sdf, /dev/sdg, etc. The ones showing are either partitions like /dev/sdc1 or LVM volumes.
Maybe selinux is blocking something there? I guess it’s worth a shot.
