From 2.2.0p9.cee to 2.3.0p9 cee

Hi

Need small help.
Currently we are using 2.2.0p9.cee .
what process needs to follow to update from 2.2.0p9.cee to 2.3.0p9 cee ?

Hi,

Update to 2.2.0p30 first and then to 2.3.0p9.
check for incompatible Mkps and unnecessary python libs before.
I usually copy or backup/restore the sites without history and then test an update on that copy without ever starting it.
If the test update shows no error, you can update the prod site.

what do you mean? the process for update is well document, what are you missing?

thanks for reply.

when i update from 2.2.0p9.cee to 2.2.0p30 ,all went correct.

but when i update from 2.2.0p30 to 2.3.0p9.cee.it show below disk-io-summary with stale status for windows server.,

I think you need to update the installed agent on these machines.
