May somebody can clarify this question for me? Is the Jira Integration only possible with Jira onprem installations like server or datacenter? I want to integration Checkmk alerts with our Jira Service Management Cloud edition. Is this possible?

I do not know all Atlassian Products but general speaking it doesn’t matter if your jira instance is on-prem or in the cloud.
The checkmk jira notification method works for both, on-prem and cloud.
For the cloud version you might need an access token instead of a password.

What Version do you have?
We have CMK 2.1p44 and didn’t got it working with jira cloud until now.
