Host not always up problem after bulk service discovery

CMK version: 2.3.50
OS version: Debian bookworm LTS

I have some hosts (VMs) that are not always up. Therefore I used the tag HOST:NOTALWAYSUP and the rule

That works very well, until I did a bulk service discovery.

After that all the hosts - that are down - are marked as CRIT.

Has anybody an idea, what has gone wrong and how I can fix it?

I could solve the problem.

I need to start the stopped VMs, rescan the services.

And I need to add a rule at
Setup -> Hosts -> Host monitoring rules -> Host check command
