Hosts are getting down if more that two request timed is received and the same link is not getting back to up even if we were able to reach the host through ICMP. Please help me to sort out this issue…

you need to set the host check attempt to 2 for the affected hosts.

I think this option is ok for rectify the same. But in my case it will a big task for me because am using around 5800 ILL line for my company. So it will not work for me. Thanks for u r reply.
