How can define custom thresholds for a service

According to attach pic , File system usage is shows warning as it is used about 86%
Want to know how can change this threshold for example I want to set warning 90% for this item and 95% critical

I find parameter “Notified events for services” Is this correct to apply warning/critical threshold for this item?

If answer about previous question is “Yes” . I selected that and it is showing follow pic but we cannot define custom percentage . How can do it ?

No. You need to create a rule of type Filesystems (used space and growth). Here you can adjust the thresholds, like in this example:
