Via Inventory we get the Operating system version like this:
Is it possible to set a label like “windows:2019” on all systems which have the name “Server 2019” in inventory?
And so on…
In the end i need to create a rule and assign it to all server 2019 servers for example.

I think the easiest solution would be to use Labelpicker from Philip Lemke. It’s a small open source tool to achieve this with Checkmk.

In the talk you get a demo on how to get the labels for windows for example.
Hope this helps, and let’s hope we get a feature like this in the future, native in Checkmk.
