How to change "from" address when sending mail

Hello team,

I’ve have been pulling my hair configuring notifications. i have set up postfix and now i can send emails. The problem is that when emails are sent from my checkmk server, it sets the from address as mysitename@hostname.local.
How can i override this information with the correct email address ? say cmk@mydomain.com

Inside the notification rules you can define your own from address.
