How to configure Checkmk monitoring (BI aggregation)

Hi all
I’m new to CHECK_MK , and i’m getting trouble when trying to monitor my first host.
According to my architecture, i’m trying to implement distributed monitoring.
after adding my first host to a remote site, i have the messages bellow on the main dashboard:

Core produced a notification 136 s Check_MK [special_bi] Agent exited with code 1: Got no information. Did you configure a BI aggregation?CRIT, [piggyback] Success (but no data found for this host), execution time 0.3 sec

Service alert 136 s Check_MK [special_bi] Agent exited with code 1: Got no information. Did you configure a BI aggregation?CRIT, [piggyback] Success (but no data found for this host), execution time 0.3 sec

may you tell me how to fix this issue please? how and where should i configure BI Aggregation rule?

checkmk edition: RAW
checkmk version: 2.2.0.p5

Tank you for your help

You are trying to monitor your first host, but you already try to use BI as well? Something is off here.
What kind of host are you trying to monitor? Did you install an agent?
Did you configure a rule called “BI Aggregations”? If so, delete it and check what happens.

tank robin for your reply.
1- all the rule i created are now deleted
2- my host is a ubuntu 20 server (no app installed, it for test only)
3- yes i installed the agent via rest api

tcp6 0 0 :::6556 :::* LISTEN 996 27608843 1881570/cmk-agent-c

After the above changes i am now facing another problem:

Please share the host configuration of that host. Especially the section “Monitoring agents” is relevant.

Okay, the settings look okay, but it seems like your Checkmk server cannot talk to the monitored servers’ agent. Please verify, that the Agent on port 6556 is accessible from the Checkmk server.
