I’m not sure how else to describe the problem.
The fact is that the problem occurs on many different servers.
So I have no idea what causes these constant “Up → Down” and “Down → Up” messages.
The servers are always Up.
I have now tried 5 different providers.
How exactly can I now proceed against it?
