How to integrate CheckMK Raw with Grafana OSS?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate CheckMK Raw with Grafana OSS (Open Source Software) to visualize monitoring data more flexibly. I’ve gone through the official documentation but couldn’t find a clear guide for this setup with the Raw edition (I’m aware that MSP/Enterprise versions have official plugins).

Here are my specific questions:

  1. Is it possible to integrate CheckMK Raw directly with Grafana OSS?
  2. What alternative methods or plugins have you used (e.g., HTTP API queries, InfluxDB, Prometheus, etc.)?
  3. Has anyone successfully pulled metrics from CheckMK Raw into Grafana and could share their approach?

Any guidance, examples, or additional documentation would be greatly appreciated.

There are a datasource available that should work with the RAW edition.
