If I acknowledge the problem, the comment is enough visible, it is written small. Is there any way to show it explicitly?
In your “Status of Service”-view (2nd Screenshot), you can edit the View and add the column Services: Service Comments. Drag and Drop it to the top to make it more present.
Ths also works for Hosts and Hosts Comments.
And in Views > Overview > Comments you have Overview of all Comments for hosts and Services.
