How to Monitor Isilon Machines in checkmk?

Hello,

I have some isilon machines.
They have a lot of IPs and DNSs names how can handle that in checkmk?

Hi,
it will be helpful to get mor informations about these sytems. I think you should try to get data via SNMP from the systems. I thing you will get the standart MIBs back. If SNMP is not possible, you need to write your own check base on ssh calls, api or whatever.
You need to figure out which and how data can be collected.

Hello!
CMK has builtin emc_isilon Checks.
We do monitor each enclosure as its own Host and for the Cluster States we use CMK’s Cluster functionality.
