HPE Oneview Agent (1.74) error on only 1 out of 4 oneview 8.7 appliances

We are using 4 different Oneview 8.7 appliances of which 3 are on a composers in their Synergy stacks and 1 is a VM for all rackmount servers. All have the same local user created with readonly access.

The 3 ‘physical’ ones in the synergy stacks can be checked by the HPE Oneview Agent (v1.74) without any issues. All is working fine.

When trying to get the 4th Oneview appliance working with the agent check , it keeps on giving the following error:

Any ideas or tips where to look?
