I can monitor with Check_MK a Nutanix native file server

Hello All,

I am using Check_MK Raw version 2.4.0p5.
I can monitor files from a path on a server configured on Nutanix Native File Server.

Without bigger research i would say “no”. Nutanix files is a completely different API than the used one for monitoring of the hardware, node and vm status.

Hello Andreas,

For this problem, I found a plugin or a rule that looks like it might work.
I’ve set it up, but it’s not working for me.
Is there a way to fix this, or is it not possible?

error:

[special_smb_share] Agent exited with code 1: Invalid pattern //tor.com/MD-TP/C_DC/CNB_D/*.pdf. Pattern has to consist of host name, share and file matching patternCRIT

The inline help sometimes might be useful, you can active the inline help at the upper menu under the Help topic.

So the SMB protocol need to have windows style backslashes instead the slashes, at least worth to check that.
