Hi
For some reason it is not working on 1.6

I have updated the file and in the checkmk.yaml file i have updated this

C:\Program Files (x86)\checkmk\check_iis\check_iis.exe --check-apppools --perfcounter-apppools

and i created an MRPE check with this path C:\Program Files (x86)\checkmk\check_iis\check_iis.exe --check-apppools --perfcounter-apppools

but i don’t see any app pool getting monitored i am on version 1.6.0p24 and agent version is 1.6.0p18.

I am getting this error

IIS_APP_Pool Invalid plugin status 2148734720. Output is:

Hi,
Do you know how to activate the new integrated check for IIS app pool. I can’t seem to make it work.
Does it have to automatically recognize app pools on a server or do you have to enable it somewhere in the yaml file ?

Regards,
M

Hi,
you have to deploy the file iis_app_pool_state.ps1 to the plugin directory on your Windows hosts c:\programdata\checkmk\agent\plugins. After a new discovery Checkmk should show the application pools.
