I'm getting notification errors despite I've deleted the according rule

CMK version:
2.0.0p31
OS version:
Ubuntu 20.04

Error message:
Failed to send notification. Status: 429, Response: {"token":"invalid","errors":["application has exceeded its monthly limit of 10000 messages, see https://support.pushover.net/i13"],"status":0,"request":"xxxx"}

It is not a direct error message. We’ve switched from pushover to ntfy.sh recently and I’ve deleted all notifications rules that should send messages oder pushover.
But I’m constantly getting the above messages for every failed host or service.
Is there another part in the system where I need to remove / disable the old pushover integration?

Thanks

Are there any user specific notification rules still using pushover?

Hi @Man-in-Black,

maybe there are still user notification rules.

You can check them by toggling the display option at the notification settings:

Or you look at every single user in the user settings. :sweat_smile:

Hope this helps.
Norm

Thanks, it helped a lot :slight_smile:
Just forget to check the user rules.
