In the current Checkmk stable version 2.2.0p17, you can use AES-256 as Privacy Protocol in the Event console settings.
I cannot remember exactly when this was introduced, but I believe that Checkmk 2.1 did support only AES-128. So you might need to update to the latest version.

".however AES 256 not available., kindly find attached screenshot for your reference.

If I understood it correctly, your original question was about SNMP traps.
For configuring the trap receiver, go to Setup → Event Console configuration → Credentials for processing SNMP traps. Here it is possible to configure AES-256 as privacy protocol. See the example:
