for some time we’re unable to login to the webconf of our CMK Appliance.
Everytime we login theres the Error Message “Internal Server Error”. I can’t figure out how to fix this, it came pretty unexpected. We think our HW Appliance may be “broken” and want to reset its config. But we can’t do that without removing the cluster and set our second Host as primary.
Well not exactly a “solution”.
We have a cluster of one HW-Appliance and one Virtual.
I broke up the cluster, resetted the faulty Appliance and let it resync from the healthy appliance.
That fixed it completely, but it’s not a “solution” in my opinion.
Thanks for your reply. I did it exactly this way, by resetting the appliance to factory default.
Worked perfect, instant access to the webconf interface after the reset.
